Your appointment is only valid AFTER you complete ALL the emailed instructions.

No bookings for more than one person per session without prior arrangement.

Dr Louw requires all the relevant forms BEFORE a session starts.

We do not accept medical aids and do not make biomedical diagnoses. This means you can't claim refunds from medical aids or medical insurance.
